Our helpdesk is a service we have setup to help computer users keep their systems running quickly and to increase overall system stability. We can remove viruses, spyware and malware from your system, install applications and software for you, apply software and system updates, troubleshoot problems with your operating system and applications and more. Our helpdesk utilizes some of the best technical support representatives to help make your experience with your computer and network easier and much more enjoyable.

How It Works.
You simply email customerservice@jaywebdesigns.com with your requirements for computer support, we currently have 2 options and 2 pricing schemes which are listed below.

Subscription Services
Our subscription services allow you to receive unlimited support for a low flat rate fee of $65.00 a month! This includes all our helpdesk services and covers installations, troubleshooting, system cleanup and recovery and updates. This is the best option if you are planning on using our helpdesk services frequently.

Per Incident Services
Our per incident services allow you to receive support and only pay for what you receive, our current pricing scheme is $65.00 to connect to your computer and $45.00 per hour for the tech to work on your system. During these sessions you can receive help with system cleanup and recovery, system updates, troubleshooting and software installations.

Whatever option you choose is up to you, both options come with the same services and provide the same support.
